1 (8oz) package of cream cheese
1 cup white sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
In a mixing bowl, beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form; set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, salt and vanilla. Beat until smooth and then fold in whipped cream with a rubber spatula.
(I find it easier to use a stand mixer or hand mixer for this recipe if you have them)
