Fudge is so addicting but sometimes it can be tedious to make. This recipe however, is easy and has a twist on how we normally make fudge. It uses cake mix! Make this creamy recipe for the family to try and we promise it will be a favorite.
What you need:
- 2 cups of our white cake mix
- 2 cups of powdered sugar (icing sugar)
- ¼ cup of sprinkles or sanding sugar
- ½ cup butter, cut into pieces
- ¼ cup milk
- Mixing bowl (microwaveable)
- Rubber spatula
- Wax or parchment paper
- Cake pan of any shape
Line your cake pan with the wax or parchment paper and set aside. Next, in the microwaveable bowl, add the cake mix and powdered (icing) sugar and mix. Pour in the milk and add the slabs of butter then place in the microwave for 2 minutes on high (don’t stir it yet). Remove from microwave and whisk until it is well combined. Add sprinkles or sanding sugar to mixture and fold in with the spatula. Then pour mixture evenly into the lined pan and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set. Once the fudge has set, you can pop it out and cut it into the shapes you desire. Enjoy!
