Gluten-Free Cake Mix

Directions for use: Put 3/4 cup water, 1/4 cup vegetable oil, and 1 egg in mixer. Add cake mix in on top. mix on low for 1 minute, then on medium for 2-3 minutes. With the mixer on low, add 3/4 cup water slowly over a 2 minute time period. Last, mix 6-8 minutes on high. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
